Omaha Storm Chasers (15-5)

The entire Pacific Coast League took Wednesday off. Omaha returns to action tonight as they begin a four-game series in Memphis.

NW Arkansas Naturals (8-11)

NW Arkansas 10, Springfield 6
WP: Buddy Baumann (2-0)
SV: Brendan Lafferty (1)
HR: Wil Myers (5), Yem Prades (1), John Whittleman (4)

The Naturals plated seven runs in the fourth inning, including two-run homers from both Wil Myers and Yem Prades to win their third straight and move their home mark to 6-3. Rehabbing starter Felipe Paulino allowed three runs in 4.0 innings in a no decision. Myers had two hits while John Whittleman also homered. Buddy Baumann allowed one earned run in 2.1 innings for the win.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (9-9)

Salem 4, Wilmington 1
LP: Greg Billo (1-3)
HR: None

The Blue Rocks were held to just five hits by Salem hurlers and fell to .500 on the season. Starter Greg Billo allowed three runs on eight hits in 4.1 innings to absorb the loss. First baseman Brian Fletcher drove in the lone Rocks run with a double in the sixth, scoring Whit Merrifield.

Kane County Cougars (10-10)

Lansing 7, Kane County 2
LP: Aaron Brooks (2-2)
HR: None

Kane County dropped the first game at Lansing. Starter Aaron Brooks allowed six runs in 6.0 innings for the loss. Second baseman Danny Mateo accounted for half of the Cougar hits going 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored. He is batting .356 (26-for-73) on the season.
