Due to tonight's postponement (Friday, May 3), Royals Charities and FOX Sports Kansas City have rescheduled the Broadcast Auction for Friday, June 7 when the Royals host the Houston Astros at 7:10 p.m. The annual fundraiser was originally scheduled to take place during the FSKC telecast of the series opener with the Chicago White Sox this evening.
The rescheduled event will give viewers the opportunity to bid on unique ballpark experiences, including the Royals Starting Lineup of Bats, dinner with George Brett, the opportunity to play video games in the Royals Clubhouse with Eric Hosmer and Mike Moustakas and more. Viewers will also be able to purchase an exclusive Royals ticket package for just $99.
Royals Charities is finalizing necessary changes to some of the auction item event dates and ticket package options to accommodate the rescheduled Broadcast Auction date. Once confirmed, fans will be able to view all of the updated auction items and ticket packages at www.royals.com/broadcastauction.
The June 7 auction will begin at 6:30 p.m. during the Hy-Vee Royals LIVE pre-game show and continue throughout the telecast.
