Omaha won the opener as Christian Colon hit a go-ahead two-run homer in the seventh. The Storm Chasers hit a season-high four home runs, including three-run shots by Adam Moore and Chad Tracy. Max Ramirez added three hits, an RBI and two runs. Louis Coleman posted three strikeouts over 2.0 perfect innings for the save.

NW Arkansas Naturals (14-28)

Tulsa 8, NW Arkansas 5
LP: Sugar Ray Marimon (2-6)
HR: None

Northwest Arkansas lost a matinee finale to Tulsa. Sugar Ray Marimon (5.2 IP, 8 H, 7 R, 6 ER, 2 BB, 4 SO) allowed three homers, accounting for four runs. Matt Fields recorded three singles, driving in a run each time. Rey Navarro added a two-run double in the second. The Naturals will play Houston's Double-A affiliate in Corpus Christi on Wednesday.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (20-23)

The Blue Rocks enjoyed an off day at home. They host Lynchburg (Braves) tonight.

Lexington Legends (23-21)

Lexington 3, Asheville 1

HR: None

Lexington won the opener vs. Asheville, the club's third straight win overall. Starter Miguel Almonte fanned eight while limiting the Tourists to a run over 5.2 innings. Bubba Starling was 2-for-4 with an RBI in his first game back after Lasik surgery.
