Omaha Storm Chasers (30-38)

LP: Justin Marks (1-7)

Omaha was blanked on five hits by Iowa's Chris Rusin. Marks pitched well in defeat, allowing three hits over six innings, including a solo homer to former Royals player Donnie Murphy. Johnny Giavotella was 1-for-3 with a walk. The Storm Chasers open a five-game home series Tuesday night vs. Albuquerque (Dodgers).

HR: Matt Fields 2 (17, 18), Brett Eibner (7)

Matt Fields homered twice, leading the Naturals past Arkansas. Fields started the scoring with a solo shot in the second. He added a two-run blast in the eighth, finishing with three hits and three runs. Fields is tied with Corpus Christi's George Springer for the Texas League lead. Eibner was 2-for-4 with a solo home run. Adam (six innings, eight hits, two earned runs, one walk, six strikouts) earned his second win. Alexander tossed three scoreless innings for his first Double-A save, which follows a win in his Double-A debut on Saturday.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (33-37)

Right-hander Kyle Smith will represent Wilmington at the Carolina-California League All-Star Game, taking place Tuesday night in San Jose. Smith, 20, was Kansas City's fourth-round pick in the 2011 First-Year Player Draft. He is 4-3 with a 2.99 ERA and 68 strikeouts through 69 1/3 innings.

Lexington Legends (33-35)

Seventeen-year old shortstop Raul Mondesi will join pitchers Christian Binford and Alec Mills at the South Atlantic League All-Star Game on Tuesday in Lakewood, N.J. Mills will not play due to an injury.
