Fletcher won Texas League Player of the Week honors last week with Northwest Arkansas, going 13-for-27.

Lane Adams doubled and scored on Angel Franco's single in the fifth. Orlando Calixte added a single for the Naturals.

Jared Schlehuber's two-run single capped a three-run fifth as Wilmington moved to 1-1 vs. Carolina. Geulin Beltre added two hits and a run for the Blue Rocks. Leonel Santiago worked 5.2 innings, yielding three runs (two earned) on seven hits and four walks. Cory Hall and Andrew Triggs recorded 1.2 scoreless innings apiece.

Mark Threlkeld posted three RBI, including a two-run homer in the third. Bubba Starling added a double, a walk and his 16th stolen base.

Burlington took a tough loss as Greeneville tied the game on a two-out homer in the ninth and walked off in 11 innings. Sam Bates doubled, homered and drove in all three runs for the Royals. He leads the Appalachian League with seven home runs and is second in RBI (25). Sam Lewis limited the Astros to a run on three hits and two walks over 6.0 innings.
