Starter Chris Dwyer allowed seven runs (six earned), eight hits and four walks over 3.1 innings. Buddy Baumann followed with 3.0 scoreless stanzas.

The Naturals were held to one run for a second straight night in the Lone Star State. Aaron Brooks yielded four runs (three earned), seven hits and a walk over 7.0 innings. Zach Jackson worked a perfect eighth, lowering his ERA to 1.45, including one appearance with Omaha (5 ER in 31.0 IP). Juan Graterol recorded two hits and a run for the Naturals. He's batting .312 on the year (49-for-157) and .469 over his last 10 games (15-for-32).
Wilmington Blue Rocks (20-27 2nd half, 53-64 overall)

Wilmington broke up a scoreless game with three in the seventh, though the lead was short-lived as Lynchburg scored five over the final two innings. John Lamb had a strong outing, holding the Hillcats to three hits and a walk over 7.0 scoreless innings. Daniel Mateo and Micah Gibbs drove in runs for Wilmington. The Blue Rocks will host the Salem Red Sox tonight.

The Legends had their winning streak snapped at five games. Greg Billo, returning from "Tommy John" surgery, allowed more than one run for the first time in five outings with Lexington (4.0 IP, 5 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 2 BB, 3 SO). Mark Donato singled home a pair in the first. Terrance Gore was 1-for-3 with a walk, a run and his league-leading 63rd stolen base.
Idaho Falls Chukars (7-4 2nd half, 26-23 overall)

Idaho Falls has won four in a row, including three straight at Grand Junction. The Chukars built a 12-0 lead, with Daniel Rockett recording three hits and four RBI. Humberto Arteaga and Elier Hernandez added three RBI apiece. Starter Patrick Conroy (6.0 IP+4, 3 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 8 SO) carried a perfect game through 6.0 innings.

Burlington held a 3-2 edge from the second to the eighth, when Elizabethton plated three runs. Starter Kevin McCarthy held the Twins to two runs (one earned) on five hits and no walks over 6.0 innings. Mauricio Ramos doubled, tripled and drove in a run. He's batting .317 (45-for-142) on the year.
