Schwindel, Taylor named to Class A All-Star team

ST. LOUIS -- Catcher Frank Schwindel and outfielder Dominique Taylor of the Class A Lexington Legends have been selected for the South Atlantic League's 55th annual All-Star Game on June 17 at Hickory, N.C.

Both were selections in last year's First-Year Player Draft.

Schwindel, an 18th-round pick from St. John's, was named the league's top player last week when he slammed six home runs in seven games. Taylor, a 15th-round choice from UC Irvine, is hitting .308 with four homers and 21 RBIs in 44 games.
