Omaha Storm Chasers (49-45)

HR: Francisco Pena 2 (16, 17)

Omaha won three of four vs. Iowa. Johnny Giavotella had two hits, including the go-ahead single in the third. Francisco Pena hit a pair of two-run homers, retaking the team lead at 17 to Matt Fields' 16. Pena's previous career high was nine in 2013. Buddy Baumann fanned five and scattered three hits over 4.0 innings, lowering his ERA to 1.43 (8 ER in 50.1 IP).

NW Arkansas Naturals (10-10 second half, 35-55 overall)

NW Arkansas 5, Springfield 4
WP: J.C. Sulbaran (6-6)
SV: Malcom Culver (6)
HR: Parker Morin (1 with NW Arkansas, 2 overall), Hunter Dozier (3 with NW Arkansas, 7 overall)

Hunter Dozier hit a go-ahead three-run homer as Northwest Arkansas stormed back with four in the ninth. Parker Morin added two hits, including a solo homer in the third. J.C. Sulbaran (6.0 IP, 4 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 6 SO) won in relief of Christian Binford (2.0 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 0 SO), who will participate in Sunday's All-Star Futures Game.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (9-10 second half, 42-45 overall)

Potomac 4, Wilmington 3 (Game One, Seven Innings)

HR: Zane Evans (2)

Wilmington 1, Potomac 1 (Game Two, Suspended) HR: None

Wilmington and Potomac were back in action after two nights of postponements. The Blue Rocks dropped game one on a walk-off. Fourth-ranked prospect Sean Manaea struck out seven while allowing three runs (two earned) over 5.0 innings. 15th-ranked Royals prospect Zane Evans hit a solo home run. Game two was suspended in the sixth inning due to rain. 2014 first-rounder Brandon Finnegan made his professional debut, retiring all six batters with one strikeout over 2.0 innings. Veteran Blake Wood followed with 2.0 perfect innings, striking out three.

Lexington Legends (9-13 second half, 38-54 overall)

Hagerstown 6, Lexington 4
LP: Tripp Davis (2-1)
HR: None

Lexington's four-game winning streak was snapped in the opener vs. Hagerstown. Alfredo Escalera tripled, scored a run and finished with three hits. Humberto Arteaga capped a three-run first with a two-run double. He is ranked 17th among Royals prospects by MLB.com. Kevin Perez tossed 3.0 scoreless innings, scattering two hits while striking out a pair.

Idaho Falls Chukars (13-11)

WP: Alec Mills (1-2)
SV: Jon Fitzsimmons (2)
HR: Ryan O'Hearn (5)

The Chukars moved to 3-0 in a four-game set. Alec Mills (5.0 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 2 SO) earned the win. Ryan O'Hearn hit a solo homer in the fourth. He was 2-for-3 plus a walk and is batting .431 (31-for-72).

Burlington Royals (9-12)

Burlington 6, Princeton 5
WP: Yunior Marte (1-0)
SV: Evan Beal (1)
HR: Chase Vallot (4)

The Royals built a 5-0 lead on their way to a home win. Chase Vallot started the scoring with a three-run homer. The 40th overall pick last month, Vallot was 3-for-4, finishing a triple shy of the cycle. Yunior Marte (5.0 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 2 SO) notched the win.
