The Storm Chasers slipper back to second place as they had a three-game winning streak snapped. Eric Jokisch (8.0 IP) and Marcus Hatley (1.0 IP) combined on a shutout for Iowa. John Lamb (5.0 IP, 5 H, 5 ER, 5 BB, 4 SO) allowed season-highs in earned runs and walks. Brian Bocock and Johnny Giavotella had two hits apiece.

NW Arkansas Naturals (21-22 second half, 46-67 overall)

The Naturals had Monday off after a series in Tulsa. They host Corpus Christi (Astros) tonight.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (20-21 second half, 53-56 overall)

The Blue Rocks enjoyed an off day at home. They host Myrtle Beach (Rangers) tonight.

Lexington lost the opener of a seven-game homestand. Frank Schwindel homered for a third straight day, finishing 2-for-3. He's third in the league in homers. Kenny Diekroeger was 2-for-5 with a solo homer and two runs. Andrew Brockett tossed 4.0 scoreless innings in relief, striking out six while allowing two hits and no walks.

Idaho Falls Chukars (3-5 second half, 23-23 overall)

Luis Valenzuela's 10th inning single scored Mike Hill as Idaho Falls walked off with an opening win over Helena. Samir Duenez drove in four runs. Robert Pehl and Corey Toups posted two runs and an RBI apiece. 2011 third-round pick Bryan Brickhouse continued his rehab assignment, allowing just one run and two hits over 5.0 innings.

Burlington Royals (20-23)

Bluefield 11, Burlington 7 (12 innings)

Burlington let a 6-2 lead slip away, eventually losing in 12 innings. Starter Niklas Stephenson held Bluefield to two runs (one earned), four hits and a walk while striking out six over 7.0 innings. Lane Adams was 2-for-4 with a double, triple, walk, two RBI and two runs in his second rehab game. Brian Fletcher was 0-for-2 in his first rehab appearance.
