DENVER -- For one day only, the Royals are offering their fans an opportunity to watch the hottest team in baseball at a discounted price.
On Thursday, Aug. 21, fans will be able to purchase single-game tickets online at www.royals.com or by phone for the Royals remaining home games with all additional fees being waived.
The Royals have two remaining homestands and each are of the 10-game variety. In their first beginning on Monday, Aug. 25, the Royals are scheduled for a makeup game against the Yankees along with three three-game sets against the Twins, Indians and Rangers.
After six games on the road, the Royals return to Kauffman Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 11. In their final regular home games of the year, the Royals will face off against the Red Sox (four games), the White Sox (three games) before hosting the Tigers for a three-game series that could very well determine who wins the American League Central.
The no fee sale will begin at 12:01 a.m. and run until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday. To order single-game tickets, fans can visit www.royals.com or call (816) 504-4040.
